The Investigation And Analysis For Improving The Supporting Policy Of Farmers’ Cooperatives

Farmers’ professional cooperative is the important way of improving the agriculturalspecialization level and promoting the income of agricultural and improving the efficiencyof farmers. Tosupport the development of Farmers’ professional cooperative, some supportpolicies were put forward by the relevant laws and regulations and documents in recentyears, however, they are believed that the requirement of policies are relativelymacroscopic in general, specific support policies are still not enough. According to theinvestigation of Farmers’ professional cooperative in NanChangXian, the author introduceda comprehensive development situation of Farmers’ professional cooperative inNanChangXian and the problems existing in the Farmers’ professional cooperative, and theauthor put forward suggestions to improve the support policies.This thesis research is divided into six parts in total. The first part, part of introduction,mainly talked about the research background, the current research situation at home andabroad, research methods and research contents and technical route and the significance ofthe research. The second part combed some related theoretical basis of supporting thedevelopment of the farmers’ professional cooperatives; Third part, reviewed thedevelopment course of our country farmers’ and expounded the formation of cooperativessupport policies; The fourth part, the author analyzed current situation of the developmentof professional cooperatives in NanChangXian, the author first introduced the basicsituation of the development and the types of farmers’ professional cooperatives inNanChangXian, and the author analyzed many problems existing in the development andsupporting policy of Farmers’ professional cooperative in NanChangXian; The fivth part,the author briefly analyzed the advanced experience and enlightenment from foreignalgovernment support for farmers’ professional cooperatives, such as: the USA, Germany,and Japan. The sixth part, the author put forward some suggestions to improve the supportpolicies.Through the author’s investigation of farmers’ professional cooperatives inNanChangXian in this article, the author found some problems in the development offarmers’ professional cooperatives, such as, the scale is small, and the service is narrow,operation and the internal management mechanism is not perfect, and the surplusallocation is not reasonable, and lack of talents and funds, and the market environment ofcompetition is bad and so on. According to the problems above, the author gave somesuggestions as follows: to form a cooperative alliance, improve market competitiveness;improve the organization and management mechanism, improve the degree ofstandardization; broaden the financing channels, solve the difficulty of capital; show greatimportance on the talent training in the village, improve farmers’ quality; intensify nationalpolicy support, optimize the external environment.
