| The renovation of inner city village and clustering of farmers’ housing are not only the needs of the development of urban transformation, but also the most ardent hope of the peoples. Now the top priority of Wenzhou government is the renovation of inner city village and clustering of farmers’ housing as breakthrough points, making every effort to promote urbanization, improving people’s living standard and the image of the city, enhancing regional competitiveness feasibly are the most important works of the government now.Jiangjiaqiao is a typical solution example of semi-urban problems and renovation of inner city village in a metropolitan core area. The clustering of farmers’ housing in the Fangaokou is a pilot project of promoting the comprehensive reform urban and rural in the Riverside industrial central town. The two examples are both representatives for region, ground situation, economic, politic and culture, etc. They both properly arrange in fund-raising scheme, land safeguard, conducting in policy and the building process.
