A Research On Tourism Agriculture Improving Farmers’ Key Quality Of Reinforcing A Healthy Communnity

Sustained and healthy development of rural communities will decide a nation’s power and social stability. The key elements in healthy and stable rural communities are the foundation for the sustainable development in rural communities. The key elements of rural communities’construction depend on the quality of the farmers. Tourism agriculture whose characteristics is high dependence on the natural environment, strong humanistic care, high demand on operator’s operating, is a type of multifunctional agricultural management practice, having economic, social, ecological and cultural functions.Therefore, this article chose farmers’key quality of reinforcing a healthy community as the theme of the research, and selected the X village and T village which is two tourism agriculture villages in Changsha city of Hunan province as the investigation spot. We collected abundant first-hand material through questionnaires, interviews and observations. Using the theory of sustainable development and Mario levy social evolution theory, we analyzed how the tourism agriculture management in sample villages influences the quality of farmers, aiming at providing reference for analyzing the efficiency of the multifunctional agricultural management to the key elements of reinforcing a healthy rural community.According to the research, tourism agriculture changed the traditional agricultural management train in the sample villages. By managing tourism agriculture, farmers managing abilities are improved, the sample villages’ infrastructure and modernization are improved as well as the producing and managing levels. Tourism agriculture management increases the farmers’ income, promotes farmers’life consumption quality and changes their consumption type. Tourism agriculture promotes farmers to learn the modern management and education training actively makes them pay more attention to their children’s education, which improve the quality of agriculture human resources, makes the backflow and optimization of rural labor appeared and also makes community’s population quality improved. Tourism agricultural management makes the farmers pay great attention to the protection of ecological environment and sustainable management, improves farmers’ quality on ecology and environment and the sample villages’ecological environment get improved. All these promote the sustainable development of agricultural natural resources and the protection of the natural landscape. Therefore, we can make a conclusion that tourism agricultural management can improve farmers’s quality on reinforcing a healthy community and promote the key elements of the construction of rural community, so as to promote the sustainable development of rural communities.
