China’s Solar Photovoltaic Industry Industrial Security Research:Theory And Practice

Under the background of economic globalization, industrial safety problem more and more get attention by domestic and foreign scholars. Industrial security as the foundation of national economic security is the basic starting point of government policy, the implementation of economic intervention. Industrial safety concerns the fundamental interests of the country, is a new research field of political economics should concern.Although solar energy photovoltaic industry in China started late, but in recent years, the solar photovoltaic industry progress of explosive growth and major technology, is to speed up the formation of relatively complete industrial chain, making the cost of solar PV may have been significantly decrease. At present, the industry has become one of the few that can participate in international competition and is expected to reach the international advanced level in the industry. In the foreseeable future, as the next most clean, safe, renewable energy-solar energy will be the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection, coordination, strategic emerging alternative energy oil and other traditional energy sources. However, even if the solar photovoltaic industry has extraordinary potential for development, but since2007,China’s solar PV industry has concentrated outbreak of a series of interconnected, attracting great concern even hotly disputed issues, industry chain uncoordinated, most of the products the pattern of exports to foreign markets, the domestic production caused by high-energy, scientific and technical strength is weak so plagued the development of China’s solar photovoltaic industry, which restricts the solar photovoltaic industry industrial security. Meanwhile, compared with the national overseas development of solar photovoltaic industry, China’s solar photovoltaic industry in terms of market, technology, and policy, there is a big room for improvement. It is precisely because of this background, this paper selects for the study of solar photovoltaic industry, the use of comparative analysis, normative and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis research methods, from the development of China’s solar photovoltaic industry existing problems, dig factors affecting the industry, safety, and learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries on the basis of proposed construction of evaluation index system suitable for China’s solar photovoltaic industry, security industry, then discusses China’s solar photovoltaic industry is conducive to a healthy, rapid and sustainable development of the feasibility of the measures and methods.Based on combing the domestic and foreign relevant theories of industry safety and solar PV industry, on the basis of research status quo, in close connection with the development of solar photovoltaic industry in China the characteristics and problems, with the help of related influence factors of the industrial safety evaluation, from the industry environment, the international competitiveness of domestic and external dependency solar photovoltaic industry in the aspect of industrial security connotation.
