Research On Remanufacturing Closed-Loop Supply Chain Based On PRO In Public Reclaim System

With the exhausting natural resources and the growth of End-Of-Life products, the developmentof circular economy has been promoted to be an important pattern of developing national economyand then remanufacturing of “4R”strategy which is to build circular economy has been an importantway for keeping economic and environmental sustainable development.Drawing on previous research, this thesis analyzed the existing literatures home and abroadabout remanufacturing supply chain. The structure and layout of the thesis were described. Secondly,a model for the strategic choice of small manufacturer joining PRO was established and weascertained the critical and optimal condition for small manufacturer joining PRO under the influenceof governmental regulation. The innovation was leading two manufacturers、PRO and the third-partyremanufacturer(TR) into the general supply chain at the same time. Then game theory was adopted toanalyze decision-making of two manufacturers and TR in two cases: decentralized decision andcentralized decision, such as collection rate、output and price differentiation between new andremanufactured products. After that, optimal results compared in two cases showed that influencingfactors of PRO（its interior cost、reclaim expenses acquiring from manufacturers and reclaim subsidygiven to TR） on manufacturers and TR were different and then confirmed that PRO had no motive tocontrol its interior cost. Thirdly, with the domestic automobile remanufacturing industry, someproblems concerning the development of our automobile remanufacturing were summarized. Thencombined with the conclusions from the model above, we analyzed some strategies andrecommendations in the field of remanufacturing development from automobile manufacturers, TRand government. Finally, main achievement gained in the thesis and the problems pending furtherresearch were reviewed.
