The economy of China is experiencing a sustained and rapid development of time and theeconomic results we have achieved attracting worldwide attention since the adoption of the reformand opening-up policy. While the whole wealth is continuing growing, the gap between rich andpoor is getting wider and wider and the problem of unequal income is becoming increasinglyprominent. The wealth gap is not only a serious detrimental to social harmony and stability,contrary to the common prosperity of socialist aims, but also a serious threat to sustainabledevelopment built on the basis of the consumer constitute. The eighth session of the Third Plenary,focused on better protecting and improving people’s livelihood and promoting social equity andjustice, and deepening social reform, reforming of the income distribution system, to form areasonable and orderly pattern of income distribution, to achieve more equitable developmentoutcomes more benefit all the people. Unlike most previous studies on the relationship betweenthe performance of private listed companies with the pay gap, from the perspective of fairness ofincome distribution, this paper study on the changes of salary of private listed company and itsinfluencing factors,to explore the initial distribution of wealth in private enterprises the changes,trends and influencing factors in order to seek methods to narrow the income gap between theinitial income distribution. So it was great practical significance to research on the changes ofprivate listed companies pay movement and its influencing factorsThis paper consists of five chapters. Chapter1is an introduction to explain the object ofstudy, research background and significance, and briefly describes the technology roadmap andresearch methods; Chapter2literature review and comment, recalling the pay gap, the theory ofexecutive pay and the existing empirical studies of the sort, comments; Chapter3, sub-sectors,sub-regional, sub-Year Changes in the status of salary2002-2011analysis of private listedcompanies, in general, the pay gap between China’s private listed companies in the industry,region and year terms is significantly different; Chapter4builds private listed companies paymovements factors empirical model, and used factor variables by region, by industry multivariateregression. The results showed that the size of the pay gap with the private company executivesand ordinary employees of listed companies, the company’s performance and corporate debt lastyear was a significant positive correlation with the degree of perfection of corporate governanceand equity distribution was significantly negatively correlated. Chapter5conclusions and researchlimitations.
