Overall Risk Management System Design Of A Company

To strengthen management is the eternal topic for enterprises development, especially in the international and internal complex economic situation and with the target of accelerating the transformation of economic development mode to achieve the goal of " to be stronger and better, to be world class". Risks are everywhere and at all times there, so overall risk management has more significance. In fact, enterprise risk management is the essential way to perfect the immune system of enterprises and improve the business plan and the way of thinking, which focuses on prevention with the purpose of creating value. In a sense,"To run an enterprise is to manage the risk", however, the best way to control risks is scientific control and healthy development.At present, profound changes have taken place in international and internal macroeconomic environment. In terms of international environment, the financial crisis in2008has a great impact until now, especially the constant worsening of European sovereign debt crisis. In terms of internal environment, the growing economic cycle has turned into a downward trend. Great changes also take place in the automobile market. China Auto Industry is in the transition from an emerging market to a mature market, so industry has entered into " micro growth period".From the theory of comprehensive risk management, taking A Company as research object, the author applies five analysis modes to make analysis of A Company’s competitive situation in industry, Based on the theory of risk management, the author makes the analysis of the present risk management situation and existing problems of A company after the introduction of research background, research meaning, the situation of international and internal risk management research, research scope and framework of the thesis. Based on the summary of management experience and lessons the author learnt, the author also makes the reference of successful experience gained by enterprises in the implementation of overall risk management. With the establishment of A Company overall risk management system, combined with the concrete practice of auto industry, an overall risk management project suitable for Auto enterprise is drafted. The author puts forward the construction of the risk management platform and a series of measures to guarantee the resources, foster risk culture in which leader’s attention is the precondition; well organization is the guarantee; information acquisition is the base; scientific way is the key and talent support is the foundation.The overall risk management is a long-term systematic project which needs to strengthen and deepen the construction, be closely combined with practice to implement the risk management work, and comprehensively improve the ability of risk prevention and opportunity seizure. Hence it can provide the reliable support and guarantee for correctly formulating and smoothly achieving the statistic target, improving and enhancing the business performance, strengthening the major incident disposal ability.Risks are at hand; opportunities is around us, and the key point is how we grasp them. Risks are not horrible while it is the attitude of not taking risks seriously that makes us fearful. Only by taking precautions can we avoid the risks.
