China is the country of origin of tea, and also China has become the biggest country in tea production and export. Although the development of tea industry has won the great step, the problems and bottleneck still existing. For the future it’s needed to break through the traditional mode and tap the potential market, build well-known brand with high quality, strengthen the product research and development for China tea industry blossom.From the tea industry development of recent years, for the future would have reorganization, leading enterprise and brand building, break of consumption custom localized and E-commerce etc.To support and promote tea industry development, profession training is in urgent need. Training is one of the most important methods for enterprise and industry continuously progress. It’s no doubt that it’s becoming more important for administrative departments and enterprises management group to keep learning with practice for tea industry great step forward.Speaking to training, some features as follows; firstly the number of training organization is big but few professional trainers. Secondly educational level is uneven. Thirdly disorder management with lack of standard and the key points of training from different area are totally not the same. Fourthly the training form is single. Fifthly take the profit making as the only target. All these are restraining factors for tea industry development.In my opinion the advanced industry training should be based on development trend with modulation. From my experiences I draw five points for tea industry training; firstly enlarge professional training, secondly strengthen culture communication training, thirdly more emphasis on tea ceremony master training, fourthly develop pre-job training, and fifthly promote characteristics training.In the aspect of characteristics training I propose a total new training mode, which is to build the interest cultivation course system for all age group. The brief description of main direction and content as follows:Kid period (3-6); to arouse interest for the tea by kinds of way of touching.Children period (6-13); to attend the parent-child class for safety and get help from parent for the interest building, beside that it’s also a good way to enhance family connection and provide more chances for children.Youngster (13-20); to help them to set up the right view of life and value, and also well interpersonal relationship, and it’s also helpful for rebellious period guidance.Youth period (20-40); to give the guidance in employment, and also skills bonus before marriage, this is a good way to release the pressure from the society.Middle-aged period (40-55); for the people from this group their purchasing capacity is good and they’re more caring about the health and emotion stability of family and friends. So the training content should be more professional and advise them to take part in the child’s interesting course.Old age period (55-70); based on health requirement, mainly guidance on how to chose the right type of tea and brew procedure according to different season.Upon the plan, we have the totally practice except children period, the feedback prove that this course system has a broad mass base and it’s acceptable so well. For the original idea and practical effect, we also got some invitation for cooperation.The thesis consists of six chapters.Chapter one, introduction. Put the topic through background introduction. Chapter two, summarizing theoretical research and practical allocation and mainly based on project management theory.Chapter three, market analysis of domestic and overseas and the importance of tea industry professional training. Chapter four, currently training mode of tea industry and development trend analysis and put the ideas for training mode creation. Chapter five, course system for all age group interest building. Introduction in details in project kickoff, plan, implement, control and close.Chapter six, conclusion.Hoping this paper can be provided as references for such projects and other related cases development.
