Labor relationship is the most important relationship in labor economics. It plays important effect in economic growth, social development and the trend of market economy system as the basic relationship. As a important way of labor relationship, the institution of collective wage negotiation can well solve the problems such as contradiction and hostility between capital and labor in labor relationship, and realize the double-wins between laborer and firm. Finally, it will promote economic development and social progress, the social will become more harmonious. Therefore, the institution of collective wage negotiation attracts more and more attention.The institution of collective wage negotiation originated in the West. America, Germany, Sweden and Britain have built relatively perfect institution. The institution of collective wage negotiation got notable development, although starting relatively late in China. This paper hopes to analyze the situation of the institution of collective wage negotiation in Sichuan through survey, and to find the existent problem. Then we will give some reasonable suggests for how to carry out the institution of collective wage negotiation in Sichuan through studying the experience of the West and the successful regions in our country.This essay is divided into five chapters altogether, the main content of every chapter is the following:Chapter1,"Introduction". First of all, it summarizes the topic goal and the significance. Then the essay analyzes the relevant research in domestic and foreign country, which forms a literature review. At last, it summarizes the main framework and methods of this article. This is the beginning of the essay.Chapter2,"Business mechanism of collective consultation of enterprise salary". It introduces the theory of collective consultation on wages. Combining labor economics theory, the essay describes the basic principles, the role of the collective wage negotiation mechanism and formation mechanisms.Chapter3,"The course and development of collective consultation of enterprise salary in China". In chronological order, it introduces the development process of collective consultation of enterprise salary in China, especially in Sichuan province.Chapter4,"The empirical analysis on collective consultation of enterprise salary in Sichuan province". This is the main part of the article. Based on the statistics of the questionnaires, the essay analyzes the case of collective consultation of enterprise salary in Sichuan province, which uses an empirical analysis of econometric methods.Chapter5,"Recommendations to improve enterprise wage negotiation in Sichuan province". This chapter introduces the practical significance of it in domestic and foreign country. Then it throws out the suggestions on improving enterprise wage negotiation in Sichuan province.
