The third technological revolution led by information technology has caused the profound changes in the environment facing enterprise organizations. Accordingly, the enterprise organization will have to adapt to changed environment as to survive and develop. However, the organization is really not passively chosen by environment, but actively accommodates itself to environment through change, even affects it, in order to reach coordination and balance between them. In this paper, on the base of organizational change model and the domestic and foreign researches of the information technology and organizational changes, to explore the influence of information technology on organizational change factors, to reveal the relationship between organizational change and information technology and put forward the mechanism model of information technology to promote organizational change.This thesis has six chapters, the first one is the introduction and the last is conclusion. The second chapter briefly introduces the related theory knowledge about information technology and organizational change at the first, including the definition, the development present situation and the periodic theory of information technology, and the definition, constituent elements and process model of organizational change. Second, summarized the domestic and foreign researches of organizational change factors, the relationship between information technology and organizational change, the relationship between information technology and enterprise performance, and puts forward the views of author. The third chapter studies the role of information technology on organizational change based on Lewin’s three stage model of organizational change. First, information technology increase the complexity and uncertainty of external environment, make the market more competitive and customer demand diversification, increase the driving force for the organizational change. Then information technology make the business process reorganization, flat organization structure, employees tend to knowledge and culture diversity. At the same time of enhancing organizational change impetus, greatly weakened the resistance to change. Through discussing the influence of information technology on business process, organization structure, personnel and culture, construct the mechanism model of information technology to promote organizational change. The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter is the empirical part of this article. According to the above research, this paper analyzes the relationship between information technology and organizational change using Logistic regression model.Innovation:based on Lewin’s three stage model of organizational change, focus on studying influence of information technology on internal and external motivations of organization change, and build a mechanism model; collect data from the secondary materials, using Logistic model does regression analysis.
