Planning Location Research Of Affordable Housing Construction Of Our Country

In the progress of overall building socialism with Chinese characteristics, housing problem becomesan important political, economic and social issue under discussion increasingly. Housing problem paysclose attention to majority of the people, the leadership and the academic world. Recently the researchersinvestigate the problems of disparities between house supplies and demands, house prices, housing industrystructure, but the affordable housing planning location problem becomes a new issue nowadays with theaffordable houses building. Affordable housing planning location problem is a practical significant issuebecause of it concerns the quality of affordable houses, the collective interest of low incomes and thepeople’s livelihood of our country. Therefore, this paper investigates the housing planning location problemwith different means theoretically and practically.The research approach of this paper shows as follow. Firstly, we summarize the research achievementsof affordable housing planning location problem at home and abroad. We will realize the problemtheoretically and find the key and difficult point of it. Then we can learn the reasonable viewpoint andtheory from the researches that according with the situation and socialist construction of our country andsolve the problems practically. Secondly, we establish analytic function of affordable houses, which baseson the research of literatures at home and abroad. We understand the current situation of the affordablehousing planning location problem with the mean of reading the relevant policies of the central government,collecting the living data of our cities in every area, focusing the reports in the newspapers, magazines,media and internet, understanding the views of different classes. Therefore, we can solve the problemreasonably by grasping the latest developments and research fronts. Thirdly, we can learn from thedeveloped countries with the experiences independently and reasonably. Finally, we find the solutions andsuggests about the issue, including change of the policy,"on-off"; combining with the traffic location,increases employment chance; build mixed residential and eliminate spatial differentiation; physicalfacilities development, improving the construction of spiritual civilization; affordable housing planninglocation combined with the new construction. Certainly, the solutions will justify by the practice.The innovation of this paper is the perspective, which conform the topic of our society, combining equity and efficiency. We are focusing the social insurance of affordable houses and paying attention to theinterest of low incomes, while others are interested in the factors of architecture, economics, sociology andhumanity. Additional, we establish analytic function of affordable houses, which bases on the research ofliteratures at home and abroad, to evaluate the current situation of our national affordable houses.Obviously, there are many flaws in the paper, including collecting the data of citied in different areasand understanding the interest of the low incomes entirely and deeply.
