| With the development of world economy, small and medium sized enterprise(SME) had become an indispensable force in all countries’ economy, and occupied animportant position in them. SME made tremendous contributions in promotingeconomic development and maintaining social stability, as well as the problem ofunemployment salvation and since and technological innovation. Nowadays SMEfinancing is not only a problem of a certain area or a country, but also a puzzledproblem in the world. Fortunately, more and more governments have realized theimportance of SME; they gradually increased its efforts to support SME. They helpthem to get money and promote them to develop.Compared to other developed countries, the development of SME in Germany hadbeen praised around the world. The successful of SME in Germany is not only benefitfrom them, but also largely derived from the support of the German government andthe German SME financing system. The purpose of this paper is to analysis the currentsituation and financing system of German and Chinese SME, then to make somesuggestions for China’s SME financing system on the foundation of German SME’ ssuccessful experiences and China SME’ s insufficient experiences.Firstly, this paper makes a comb through reviewing the literature and the researchof scholars both at home and abroad on the SME financing system. Secondly, based onthe analysis of German SME financing current situation and financing system, Isummed up the successful experience of the German SME financing system. Thirdly,through the analysis of China’s SME financing status and the development offinancing system, pointing out the deficiencies of China’s SME financing system;Finally summed up the German enlightenment to China’s SME financing system, thereare mainly displays in the following four aspects: a sound system of governmentsupport, standardize the system of indirect financing, strengthen the system of directfinancing and expand new financing channels for SME. |
