With the development and increasingly perfect system of of the enterprise,the compensation system design in human resources management is often the most worthy link for senior policymakers. Especially enterprises is faced with stage of strategic transformation, developed strategic goals of the enterprise will also change. When the current compensation strategy and compensation system conflicted with enterprise development strategic target, the current compensation system must be optimized and designed. JC corporation is facing the strategic transformation, current compensation system of the company existed some problems, it can not be able to stimulate new and old employees’ potential ability, their working enthusiasm is not high.This kind of phenomenon directly affects the company’s business goals. Aiming at the existing problems in compensation system, it’s necessary to diagnose and analyze to the existing compensation system, optimizing the design, making the talents of their own personal benefit combine with company’s development goals, enhancing the company to attract talents, so as to achieve the strategic goals of enterprise implementation quickly.Thesis diagnosed and analyzed the existing compensation system problems of JC company by questionnaire and survey interview first. The main problems shows below:the lack of medium and long term plans of compensation system for senior managers, contradiction between current compensation system and company strategy, lack of scientific evidence for post analysis, none comprehensive analysis for all kinds of influencing factor,high subjectivity. Secondly,basis on the theory of manpower resource,with all this questions, compensation system of JC company had been optimized especially the basic procedure and method of compensation design. The main points is prominent intellectuals,senior management,marketing elites, highly skilled people should be considered first in the salary distribution.The principle of compensation dispersion should be insisted on efficient,fair,reasonable,base line of lowest living ensure and unlimited reward.diversified employee compensation should be realized.combination of short and medium and long term incentive scheme.the high stable and high-performing compensation system should be applied to core talents of the company,and the mark-follower strategies for the rests.The thesis accelerated the realize of strategy transformation and strategy goals for JC company by the analysis of compensation system,it reached the conclusion that unmatched between compensation system and enterprise stage goal, also it proposed thinking of optimization for compensation system by using relative theory and methods to build a set of matched compensation system for JC company at present and future need.
