The Research On Evaluation Of The Development Levelof Coordination Of China’s "Four Modernizations"

The eighteen big reports of the party first proposed that promote industrialization, Informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization "four modernizations" synchronousdevelopment.This exposition is the country in the new period, the new stage, based on the resent, focusing on long-term,advancing with the times, to promote the construction of socialist modernization to make key strategic deployment, to accelerate the transformation of development mode, has the important guiding significance to promote the modernization process. The "four modernizations" as an important part of our socialist modernization, promote the benign interaction and coordinated development is the "four modernizations" between the intrinsic request, is also the urgent need to promote the sustained and healthy development of the socialist modernization construction.At present, China has entered into the late stage of industrialization, the growth stage of informatization, the rapid development stage of urbanization, and the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. In this particular stage of development, on the one hand, China’s "four modernizations" coordinated development has been enhanced, but according to the requirements of sustainable development has some obvious defects, so the "four modernizations" coordination should be further enhanced; on the other hand, the "four modernizations" has the basic condition to coordinated development, and be able to form a cohesive force in the mutual coordination, mutual promotion and mutual fusion. At present, there is very little research discussing about the "four modernizations" level of development among every area of our country and the coordination of state of "four modernizations", and mostly stay in the theory or the qualitative analysis level. Based on this, in order to clarify the "four modernizations" coordinated development of all regions, this article from a quantitative point of view to evaluate the level of the "four modernizations" coordinated development ofthe country’s31provinces in order to provide a useful exploration in various regions of the "four modernizations" coordinated development level studies.Firstly, the paper studies the "four modernizations" theoretical basis from two aspects of the coordination, industrial chain theory and summary the domestic and foreign research about status of the "four modernizations". Secondly, the paper analysis the present situation and existing problems of the "four modernizations" coordinated development, the interaction between the" four modernizations". Finally, through the establishment of evaluation index system "four modernizations" coordinated development, building the level evaluation model of the "four modernizations" coordinated development of the country’s31provinces. The main conclusions are as follows:from the national as a whole, showed a more significant interaction between the "four modernizations", the "four modernizations" barely entered the coordinated development stage; there is great potential for development and promotion of space. From regionally, there are some regional differences in the eastern, central, western and northeastern regions "four modernizations" coordinated development, the level of coordination of its sort order of the eastern, central, northeast and west. From the view of provinces, according to the degree of coordination standards, the level of coordination of the development of the various provinces based on "four modernizations" is divided into intermediate coordination, coordination of primary, barely coordination, on the verge of disorder, mild disorders five regional types. Finally, for the practice of various regions of the country "four modernizations" coordinated development propose relevant suggestions to promote the "four modernizations" coordinated development.
