Research On Financing Of SMEs Based On Logistic Finance Service In Weifang

SMEs are the most dynamic integral part of the national economy, since the reform and opening up, small and medium enterprises in Weifang begin to flourish and grow. Currently, the total number of SMEs in Weifang City has reached50000, accounting for over95%of the total number of enterprises. And they occupied the large market share in marine chemical, power machinery, farm vehicles, clothing and decorative fabrics, electronic communications and information processing, chemical fibers, new building materials, medicine and health products, food and beverage, paper and packaging industry in Weifang City. And they play an increasingly important role in the economic development of Weifang City, However, with the development of SMEs,financing problems have become increasingly prominent,even become the bottleneck of the development of SMEs in Weifang City and restricts the development of SMEs, which is mainly due to the limited of scale and quality of the SME, so they are unable to obtain bank credit, and also because of its lack of quality assets,they are unable to provide good security measures when the loan guarantee, resulting from the difficulty of SME bank loan. Most SMEs rely on private lending, and because private lending is instable, they can not solve the financing problems of SMEs. With the continuous development of the logistics industry, some scholars put forward that logistics finance can solve this financing problem.Based on previous studies and by reading a large number of domestic and international references, we summed up previous related research in the field of SMEs financing and Logistics Finance, and based on a preliminary understanding of the development of SMEs in Weifang City,we survey60representative SMEs financing situation in Weifang Shandong by questionnaire, and analyze SME financing outstanding problems exist, and conduct a comparative analysis of different SMEs financing mode in Weifang City using of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and found that Logistics Finance is the optimal choice for SME in Weifang, and then analyze the feasibility of SME Logistics Finance in Weifang using the game mode of Xu Mingchuan proposed in2006,.And finally introduce the case of Weifang Bank steel logistics finance Division and summary the SME logistics financial risk and proposed the corresponding countermeasures against risk.
