Research On The Financial Support For New Type Of Rural Social Endowment Insurance

China has implemented urban and rural social security system for a long time, inaddition to the traditional model of rural endowment has fallen behind.The all caused thatthe pension problems of rural residents has become a problem. With the launch of thenew rural social pension insurance pilot work in2009, the pension problem of ruralresidents has improved a lot. Success of the new rural social pension insurance systemdepends on whether there are sufficient funds to finance the new agriculturalinsurance.In this paper, the financial support for rural social pension insurance as astarting point, the theory proved by the State has the responsibility and obligation to usefinancial resources to support the rural social endowment insurance programs.
