On the basis of the China’s township workers’old-age insurance has covered all township workers, our rural society endowment insurance should be carried out energetically. The new rural society endowment insurance has with good effect in many pilot areas. But there still have a series of problems, such as low level guarantees to rural villagers, the ability to add or maintain value in a low level, farmers’insurance will should to be improved under the influence of traditional ideas, and so on. Therefore, in the light of implementing situation of pilot areas, in order to further extension the new rural society endowment insurance in whole country, we should pose problems of the new rural society endowment insurance and put forward the methods of solving problems. Perfecting the new rural society endowment insurance contribute to aged people getting effective guarantee in their life and promoting the development of the rural economy, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, and improve the quality of national living standard.Purpose of this article is through the analysis of the case, we pose problems of the new rural society endowment insurance in the light of implementing situation of pilot areas, and put forward some reasonable suggestions and solutions.This paper is divided into three parts, its main contents as follows:The first part through briefly introduces the social insurance system, the rural social security system, rural society endowment insurance development course. And mainly research on how to improve the new rural social endowment insurance system.
