Research On Facilitation Of International Logistics Between China And Asean

With the development of economic globalization and integration, there is the rise of the tide of trade facilitation, and improving trade circulation efficiency to promote trade facilitation is drawn worldwide attention. In2010, China-ASEAN Free Trade Area was fully completed with achieving zero-tariff for90%of goods, and the barriers are gradually reduced. Trade between China and ASEAN has grown rapidly and led to the growth of international logistics, so it has become an objective requirement to obtain high-quality, efficient and convenient international logistics. Due to the uneven level of economic development, bad logistics infrastructure, uniform logistics standards and so on, it is hard for international logics to keep up with the rapid growth of bilateral trade demands with inefficiency bilateral international logistics with blocked flow of goods and high trade costs. Therefore, it has become essential to improve international logistics facilitation between China and ASEAN.This paper first introduces the study background and significance, relevant literature review, research contents and methods and innovation and shortcomings, and then it comes to describe the issues related to international logistics, including the definition of international logistics, international logistics system and international logistics elements. Then the paper comes to explain the background of proposing logistics facilitation and defines the international logistics based on previous studies and analyzes the approach to achieve it and its impact on trade. Meanwhile, it summarizes the current situation of logistics facilitation between China and ASEAN and analyzed its problems, and the on the basis of the analysis it is to propose the suggestions for promoting facilitation of international logistics between China and ASEAN from government coordination, infrastructure, logistics standardization, logistics informational, customs facilitation and so on.
