Human resources is a modern enterprise strategic resource, is one of the most crucial factor in business development. Human resources is the core motivation, and promotion is one of the important incentives in recent years, theoretical research and practice of foreign promotion incentives are more mature, not only to build a more complete theory of promotion incentives, but also in Europe and large enterprises in developed countries, employee job promotion, job promotion has a good non-and employee contributions, benefits, terms linked to the formation of a more scientific promotion incentives. Domestic research work has made some achievements, but because of China’s national conditions and traditional culture, domestic enterprises, especially state-owned enterprises in the "official position" more serious thought, nepotism, seniority and so long-standing, enterprise organizational structure unreasonable, employee career development paths and other issues is not clear in the enterprise also exist in varying degrees, these factors lead to promotion incentives in the domestic corporate practice more difficult.NN Airport is one of an important airport in China. the human factor has been the key issues constraining development in the construction process of NN airport. in recent years, NN airport exists some problems including high attrition ratesserious、loss of high-end professional technology, and so on.in this situation, how to "retain people, with good people" become an important requirements. Through the visit, the survey found although NN airport make some regulations and requirements at the system level of promotion incentive, But exists incentive system is not sound, enforcement, and the effect is unobvious、the existing organizational structure and the performance appraisal system and promotion incentive is unclosed.so, How to use the promotion incentives related theory to help NN airport people improve the stability of the staff and work enthusiasm is a very valuable research topic.The topics to NN airport staff motivation for the study was promoted to the status of the NN airport promotion incentives conduct research, analysis and evaluation of the foundation, through in-depth study of the problem, combined with the needs of the staff of the promotion incentives utility analysis, NN airport promotion Measures to improve incentives and gives practical suggestions for improvement, not only has a certain practical significance, the study also has some theoretical value.
