| ABSTRACT:Cotton is an important raw material for cotton textiles, a great demand of which has been seen with the boost of domestic demand and export. Meanwhile, Notice of The Issuance of The Logistics Industry Restructuring and Revitalization Plan by the State Council of China demands an accelerated development of cotton modern logistics industry. The above has greatly boosted cotton industry and the relevant transportation. At present, our overall transportation market can hardly meet the service demand of and lags behind our cotton industry. Therefore it’s important to study cotton transportation and the relevant problems.By combining the present situation, and further summarizing and analyzing, this thesis studied and discussed the cotton transportation plan from the following aspects.(1) The development of cotton transportation and its market analysis.Summarized the development of cotton transport in foreign countries, analyzed current situation of domestic cotton transportation and its main problems and discussed the situation faced by it. Then the analysis of transport market for cotton was brought in. By analyzing the main actors and demand flow of the market, the characteristics of it were summarized and the philosophy and service direction was put forward.(2) Analysis and study of transportation plan for cottonConsist with the philosophy and basic principle of transportation plan for cotton, three transportation business models were initially put forward, then indicators for assessing the transportation modes were picked out after exploring the factors affecting the process. Finally methods of routing optimization of highway transports were put forward based on the relevant necessity analysis.(3) Case analysisBy analyzing the current situation of GuoHua Company, the transportation business models and modes were determined with methods of FAHP and AHP. Meanwhile the routing optimization problem was solved by means of C-W saving algorithm. |
