At present, hundreds of countries have recognized the widely use ofGEOERIDS all over the world. The Chinese government is conductinga large-scale investment in infrastructure construction,especially ingreat projects which require different types of products with highquality. The strong demand home and abroad creates a huge market ofGEOERIDS. The research object of this paper is XY company who isthe leader of GEOERIDS market. With the hope of a reference to itselfand the whole industry, this paper makes a research in global anddomestic marketing strategy of GEOERIDS through the combinationof modern marketing theory and actual situation.This paper analyzes the domestic and global market and the channelof the XY company, at the same time, it also makes an analysis of theinternal management of the XY company. With the learning of the basicknowledge and marking situation of the XY company, via the specificanalysis of its marketing strategy, this paper find the causes of theproblems. According to different customer needs, it makes a marketsegmentation of the GEOERIDS industry. it chooses the object market basedon the skills, ability and the level of mamgement of the XY company, thendetermines its own postion through the selected object market.According to the different features of domestic and foreign market,make the market Segmention, object market targeting and productpositioning, formulate the corresponding marketing strategy centering onthe4P. Different market develops different products, different market and channel makes higher price which is high-rank butcompetitive. Expand the promising channel of differentmarket, formulate appropriate promotion strategy. Finally, directedagainst the formulated marketing strategy, from the set of the marketingorganization to the staff recruitment and training, develops the detailedmeasures to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies.
