But affected by manyfactors, the various elements of the development are not balanced,“shoppingâ€, which is the tourism commodities and commodity marketsin the tourism industry structure, has become the weakest link. Whethercompared to the other five elements, or to the rapid development of thetourism industry from foreign countries and regions, domestic tourism ’scontribution to the development of tourism commodities, played littlerole in promoting the economy, which became the “soft rib†of thetourism industry’s “six Troika ".How to solve this problem? Many experts,particularly those professionals engaged in tourism research have startedto study and explore.The Laoshan Scenic Area is one of China’s first major scenic resortsto receive the approval of the State Council.Recentyears,ithasmadegreatprogressinbasicinfrastructure and services. Thenumber of tourists is increasing year by year and the income of tourism isalso better than ever. But the proportion of tourist merchandise is toosmall in the total income of Laoshan tourism industry. They begin to explore the solution of problems. Difficulty to find bottlenecks, lack of developmentenergy, the outlook of Laoshan commodity industry is not optimistic.Facing to heavy dependence on tickets sales, less diversified businessexperience and other issues, the scenic economic stakeholders need toseek common development model and promote the economicdevelopment of industrial clusters and industrial chain. Adhere to theeffective protection of scenic resources, to achieve revenue maximizationof economic benefits scenic, rationalize the distribution of benefits.This paper introduces the basic theoretical concepts of tourismcommodities and tourism commodity markets. Throughinvestigation of the status of Laoshan scenic area commodities andcommodity marketing system, pointing out the problems of developmentof tourist commodities and shopping market.Finally proposing theprinciple of development of Laoshan tourist commodities, andoptimization strategy and mechanisms of construction and tourismcommodity industry chain of marketing system. |
