In recent years, the country developed the health industry vigorously. Privatecapital active in a lot. ZL group seized the market opportunities, establishedthe Sports Health division, registered Z Company in2009and participated in thepeople’s livelihoodproject of QD city.The purpose of this paper is to constructing professional competency indicatorsof the Z company’s marketing specialists, which provides reference standards fortraining and promotion,as well as the performance appraisal.Through literature analysis, professional competency indicators is builtpreliminarily.Using the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,three roundexpert questionnaires which filled by experts from enterprises and integrates collegesare achieved.In order to showing the the weight of each index hierarchy,universitiesand business experts opinions are integrated. The result obtained can be ranked,according to weighted percentage,as follow:professional skills(consisting of3aspectsand10items),professional attitude(consisting of2aspects and8items),professionalknowledge(consisting of4aspects and11items) and professional growth(consistingof2aspects and9items).This paper is divided into the following five sections:Chapter1: The Background of the purpose of this study is mainly to clarify anddefine the technical route and method of this study, as well as a summary of researchat home and abroad.Chapter2: The main indicators indicate construction methods, as well as Delphiand AHP used in this study.Chapter3: Z company focuses on organizational structure and operational characteristics and noted that construction jobs Marketing Specialist indicatorsurgency.Chapter4: Analysis of the results of the two rounds of the Delphi method, andsorted according to the rights of a third round of AHP weight results.Chapter5: make a summary of the conclusions of this article summary andapplication prospect.Conclusion1:marketing staff’s professional ability’s are sorted of "professionalskills","professional attitude","professional knowledge" and "professionaldevelopment" which is according to important degree.Conclusion2: to all the ability of marketing specialists, there are11veryimportent aspests, communication and coordination ability is the most importantamong all the aspects.Conclusion3: to all the ability of marketing specialists, there are38veryimportent items, which can clearly show the marketing specialists’ professionalability.
