In recent years, the rapid development of the Internet and the rapidcommunication technologies, e-commerce has gradually spread rapidly. As theInternet without geographical restrictions advantages from product suppliers andconsumers is gradually shortened, e-commerce industry has gradually attracted manytraditional manufacturers and enterprises to join, along with the economicdevelopment of the Internet are also technological innovation to become the networkcommunication technology-based new economy.Today, B2C e-commerce in order to complete a two-way communication, andflexible means of exchange, efficient logistics and distribution, cost-effectiveoperational methods in all walks of life demonstrated its great vitality. July17,2013,the China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) released in Beijing on the32nd," Statistical Report on Internet Development in China ", the report shows thatas of the end of June2013, the scale of China’s Internet users reached591million,compared with the end of2012million increase in2656. Internet penetration was44.1%, compared with the end of2012improved2.0percentage points.Mall is a leader in the field of e-commerce, this paper for the Lynx mall evaluatecustomer satisfaction research.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part introduces the topics ofsignificance, research and evaluation of ideas; the second part of the paper by thesurvey questionnaire design and testing composition; Lynx mall and comprehensiveevaluation analysis constitutes the third paper part, the last part in order to improvecustomer satisfaction Lynx mall proposal of this article.The most critical part of this paper is to investigate design Lynx mall businesscustomer satisfaction, first collected some scholars have raised about the B2Ce-commerce business customer satisfaction evaluation indicators, system design basedon indicators,which can be analyzed and evaluated on the basis of the datasummarized.
