Research On Environmental Factors Of Wind Power Industry Development And Countermeasures

Through20years’development, China’s wind power industry has made eye-catching achievements. Especially from2006, installed capacity of wind power presents explosive growth and the technologies mature gradually. Various factors have forces on wind power industry in the process of development, i.e. policy factors, market factors, technology factors and international factors. On one hand, these factors accelerate the promotion of wind power industry. On the other hand, they still lead to many problems, such as excess capacity of the wind turbine manufacturing industry, high abandon of wind power and irrationality of on-grid wind price, etc. Therefore, it is meaningful for the wind power industry’s healthy development to make clear of the influence factors affecting on wind power industry development.The wind power industry can be divided into8modules, i.e. the raw material supply module, the components manufacturing module, the equipment design and development module, the wind turbine manufacturing module, the wind resource development module, the wind farm construction module, the wind farm operation module and the wind power on grid module. There are funds, goods and information flowing between and in these modules, forming the relevant industry chain structure. Literature research is used to identify the concrete factors on wind power development, and59factors are indentified. Based on these factors, questionnaires are made and send to those who are occupied in wind power industry, including workers and experts. And then, we apply SPSS19.0to tackle the questionnaires recycled to get the mean and variance of every factors scored by workers and experts. Using the hypothesis test, we get the16"important" factors affecting on the whole wind power industry. And using entropy value method, we compare the factors affecting on every module and get the core factors. Finally, form the viewpoint of the whole wind power industry and each module, we promote countermeasures associated with the "important" and core factors.The article can provide clear environmental factors on wind power industry and a certain reference value for all persons involved in wind power.
