Research On The Risk Management Of The Whole Process Of EPC Project

The EPC general contract is a popular engineering contracting mode in recent years in the world. In that mode, the general contractor contracting expanded, increasing uncertainty, etc. In this context, this paper studied the risk management process and risk management methods EPC contracting model systematically.In this paper, according to the relationship between the project life-cycle theory, we studied the concept of risk management and systems, project risk management process and project life cycle, and from the point of view of the applicability of the EPC contractor of the project life cycle theory:The proposed project based on the life the risk management process cycle model, the model fully consider the role of feedback loops and the risk management process, providing a foundation for the study of dynamic risk management.In this paper, We focus on the phases of EPC project risk analysis and gives a source of risk response measures, the risk management process of risk identification, risk assessment and risk evaluation methods; Studying based on FIDIC contracts, contract risk analysis and EPC projects risk response measures proposed contract. On the basis of project risk estimation and risk evaluation systems analysis, using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the ANP-EPC project risk assessment, evaluation of the process model, the model fully considered in the risk assessment system indicators of relevance impact assessment results of the evaluation to establish a network among the hierarchy, to achieve the overall level of risk assessment and evaluation of the importance of risk factors in the project. For complex computational problems built network evaluation model, we use the Super Decisions software (super decision), the validity of the evaluation model is built to prove through empirical analysis and evaluation of projects for the given risk response plans.
