Research On Centralized Supplying Of Maintenance Materials:the Case Of Zhejiang Electric Company

Electric power supplying is important to a society. The safety and stability of electric grid rely on the supplying of maintenance materials. With require of Centralized Material Management adjured by the State Grid, state level and province level tendering system is established. The purchase of maintenance materials is not admitted to be carried out by the final users. Procedures of centralized purchase are complicated and time-costing; therefore, the final users always complain that the supply system is too inefficient to meet the urgent demanding of maintenance materials.This paper mainly deals with optimizing the metfiods of purchase, rational designing of warehousing network, refining the warehouse management, and proving the methods of distribution and delivery of maintenance materials. This paper aims to finding out a balance of reserving and supplying of the maintenance materials.Paper also gives detail introduction of centralized delivery practicing and diverse strategies of varieties of maintenance materials, as well as the upgrading direction. Therefore, effective assistance of proving warehousing management and cutting delivery costs is provided to other electric power companies.
