China’s economy has suffered an unprecedented challenge, because of the dualimpact of the international financial crisis and the European debt crisis. Currently, thefinancial markets are facing liquidity tightening and financial constraint. This is increasingfurther the difficulty of enterprises to obtain loans from any bank. Security funds chain hasbecome a major problem affecting the subsistence and development of enterprises. Theessence of capital chain is to reflect creditor and debtor relationship between enterprises,therefore, the influence of capital chain rupture has conductivity and wide. Themismanagement of capital chain, not only affect the survival of enterprises, but also thebanks, the investors, the Guarantee Corporation, and even the macroeconomy.Consequently, strengthening the management of capital chain is of great importance.This thesis consists of six parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly includingfour aspects: a. the research background and research significance, analyzing the presentexternal market environment, and capital chain security risks of WF; b. the literature reviewat home and abroad, analyzing the research status at home and abroad; c. research methodsand research framework; d. the innovation and difficulty of research. The second part is anoverview of the theory relating to capital chain, describing the nature of capital chain, thetheory basis of the capital chain rupture and the influence of capital chain rupture in detail.The third part analyzes the basic situation of WF trading company, including companyintroduction, currently operating difficulties.The fourth part analyzes the research objectdetailedly, analyzing the risks of the capital chain from two aspects of internal and externalof the company, revealing that the internal cause is the key of capital chain rupture. Thefifth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, a. grasping the principle ofoperation on borrowings and arranging capital structure reasonably; b. enhancing awarenessof financial risks and establishing financial risk early warning system; c. selecting financingstrategy reasonably and broadening the financing channels, reducing the ratio of assets andliabilities; d. establishing the development strategy, selecting investment projects andcontrolling the scale of investment logically; e. strengthening the management of workingcapital and taping the idle assets.
