Inthis context, based on the governance structure of listed tourism companies, analyzing howto adjust the corporate governance structure to ensure the tourism enterprises get betterdevelopment.This article adopts normative and empirical research methods. Analyzing theinfluence of corporate governance on growth by statistical tool. In terms of theoreticalresearch, combining qualitative and mathematical inference.In terms of empirical research,combine the descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis,and reached thefollowing conclusions:(1)The equity concentration are negatively related with the growthof tourism listed company,the tourism listed companies whose largest shareholder’ s mainbusiness is not involve in tourism, its growth will be better;(2)The board size has aninverse U shape relationship with the enterprise growth;(3)Proportion of independentdirectors had no significant effect on the growth of tourism enterprises;(4) Executive payhas no significant effect on enterprise growth;(5)Executive stock ownership has asignificant positive effect on enterprise growth;(6)Development and technical personnelratio has a significant positive effect on the growth of enterprises.The influence of corporate governance structure to enterprise growth rarely involvestourism Industry,with the first big shareholder’s main business is tourism industry as thestandard to divide the equity nature, research perspective is relatively new.At the sametime,by using the rate of technical personnel to measure the development situation oftourism resources, analyze its impact on growth of tourism enterprises. |
