The Research On The Sustainable Development Of Leisure And Sightseeing Agriculture In Laiwu

Laiwu, an emerging industrial city dominated by steel,is the key base of ironproduction and further processing for Shandong. However, in order to meet the neweconomic development needs, with the relative weak agriculture basis, agriculturedevelopment direction of Laiwu begins to be transformed from traditional agriculture toleisure and sightseeing agriculture.Leisure and sightseeing agriculture is an emerging agriculture development mode. Itsrise could not only effectively protect rural eco-environment,but also develop rural economywell,which is beneficial for increasing farmers’income.This paper aims to analyze the existing problems in current development of leisure andsightseeing agriculture of Laiwu, and puts forward corresponding solutions andsuggestions,so as to promote sustainable development of leisure and sightseeing agricultureof Laiwu. Through research on the current development situation of leisure and sightseeingagriculture of Laiwu with such methods as reference to literatures, field investigation andothers, the author obtained the following conclusions:Laiwu owns some advantageous conditions for developing leisure and sightseeingagriculture, such as location advantage, deep culture heritage, rich tourism resources and soon. But, by questionnaire and field investigation, the author finds out that the followingproblems exist in current development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture of Laiwu: lackof scientific planning; insufficient policy support, imperfect infrastructures; nonstandardregion operation and management due to poor government supervision; low-level tourism;poor advocacy marketing and imperfect human resources management systems and so on. All such problems severely restrict the sustainable development of leisure and sightseeingagriculture of Laiwu.In view of the problems in current leisure and sightseeing agriculture of Laiwu, thispaper puts forward the following countermeasures: to strengthen governmentsupport,improve infrastructure construction, strengthen the supervision mechanism, increasedevelopment depth based on prominent characteristics, intensify publicity andmarketing,perfect region human resources management systems. The author also detailedmeasures according to the reality of leisure and sightseeing agriculture of Laiwu, so as toprovide references for sustainable development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture ofLaiwu.
