Agriculture industrialization has positive significance to solve the issues of agriculture, famer and rural area, especially the contradiction between small famers and large markets. It has become a governmental policy from a scholastic concept since The15th National Party Congress.Binchuan as an important county of Dali has achieved the goal of agriculture industrialization, but it also had many problems that had exactly influenced the improvement of Binchuan. So to find a effective way has important implications to solve the agriculture problems and set a harmonious society in Binchuan.Under the guidance of Marxist agricultural thoughts, thesis provides an analysis about Binchuan agriculture industrialization that it has four modes market to farmers, leading enterprises to farmers, leading enterprises to farms and to farmers, leading enterprises to agriculture association to farmers.Thesis illustrates the characteristics, function and problems of these four modes using documentary method, case studies method and questionnaire method. Based on the agriculture industrialization development patterns of Binchuan, this thesis puts forward a preferable connection way among leading enterprises,farmers, farms and agriculture associations. It is necessary to make leading enterprises work better between farmers and agriculture association, to give farmers advanced education and to improve the level of farmers about skill and law, while leading enterprises is becoming stronger with internal and external factors. After study the development patterns of Binchuan agriculture industrialization, this thesis proposes that it should make some of the modes more preferable and structure a new modes "professional markets to farmers". It will make Binchuan agriculture industrialization development better and faster.
