Study On Spatial-temporal Variance Of Cultivated Land Intensive Use In Baotou City

The cultivated land resource is important production factor in thedevelopment of human society. In recent years, in the process ofurbanization in our country, a large number of cultivated land resourcesare transformed into construction land, cultivated land resources isincreasingly scarce in our country. And the quality of cultivated land inour country is not good, the problems of cultivated land use extensivestill exist. Therefore, increase the degree of intensive utilization ofcultivated land become the important way to solve the contradictionbetween supply and demand and ensure national food security.In recent years, the number of cultivated land decrease and thequality of cultivated land continues decline in Baotou city. It’s importantsignificance to guarantee food security that intensive use of cultivatedland in Baotou city besides the cultivated land protection. On the basisof existing research, this study using the multi-factor syntheticevaluation model, discuss the spatial and temporal variations ofcultivated land intensive use in2002-2012in Baotou city, and accordingto this result, puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions toimprove Baotou cultivated land intensive utilization.1.Comprehensive analysis of the cultivated land intensiveutilization of cultivated land related theoretical system, including landresource scarcity theory, land diminishing returns theory, agriculturallocation theory, sustainable development theory, ecological economics theory and the theory of minimum factor to limit the rate. Taking thesetheories as guidance, analysis of Baotou city cultivated land intensiveuse of space.2. Analyze the cultivated land utilization and land use dynamicchange in Flag county of Baotou overall and downtown, Results showthat there are three types cultivated land of Baotou in2012, they areirrigated land, dry land and vegetable land, The irrigated land is184341hm2, accounted for42.47%; The dry land is241156hm2,accounted for55.55%; The vegetable land is8573hm2, accounted for1.98%. In Guyang County and Daerhanmaomingan Union Banner, thedry land is more than other types, respectively90.97%and68.07%, andthe irrigated land is more than other types in the town and TumoteyouBanner, Respectively74.60%and93.78%.from1999to2008, The cultivated land area changes of Baotou citycan be divided into three stages:(1) The cultivated land area increase33600hectares from2002to2003, Mainly because of Baotou city addthe cultivated land quantity with development and reserve land resourcesand adjustment the land structure;(2) From2003to2011, the cultivatedland area is showing a downward trend year by year. The reason is thatthe non-agricultural construction occupied a lot of cultivated land;(3)From2011to2012, the area of cultivated land increase, because thatBaotou city implemented a comprehensive agricultural development andland consolidation.The per capita cultivated land area increased by0.0148hectares perperson of Baotou city in2002-2003, from2003to2012, the per capita arable cultivated land area is reducing year by year, reduced from0.2052hectares per person to0.1903hectares per person.The cultivated land use dynamic change of Town and counties inBaotou city. Compared with2002, besides Guyang County reducedfarmland area, the cultivated land in urban area, DaerhanmaominganUnion Banner and Tumoteyou Banner showed increased trend, Percapita arable land area has increased in all regions except GuyangCounty in2002-2012.3. The spatial and temporal variations of cultivated land intensiveuse of2002-2012in Baotou city are analyzed with entropy method andmulti-factor comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that thecultivated land intensive use level increases volatility in2002-2012, andintensive use level has obvious regional differences, and unevendistribution, The cultivated land intensive use level is higher in northand southeastern region of Baotou city than the central and southwest ofBaotou city. Cultivated land intensive area shrinking, efficient andintensive region growing, the plain area of cultivated land intensiveutilization level is higher than the mountain hilly area.4. On the basis of the evaluation results, according to the problemsof Baotou city land utilization, From four aspects put forward toimprove the cultivated land intensive use countermeasures andsuggestions of Baotou city, including pay special attention to the landdevelopment and consolidation, and increase the quantity and improvethe quality of cultivated land; Increased spending on cultivated land,improve land use efficiency; strengthen the construction of infrastructure,enhance the capacity of disaster relief; Pay special attention to the work of land development and consolidation and ecological environmentconstruction.
