Herzberg’s two factor theory argues:hygiene factors are factors that cause employee unhappy, incentive factors causing emotional satisfaction, the two factors are independent of each other in a certain extent. The airline ground staff management requires special attention, need to distinguish between what is health factors, which factors is the motivating factor, by improving the working environment, strengthen supervision and management, and provide health care factors moderate, active prevention is not satisfaction appeared, at the same time the rich content, strengthen the evaluation of performance so, strengthening the incentive factors, and motivate staff to meet certain work objective. At present, in the process of Y Airlines staff in the management of confusion of health factors and incentive factors, to be confused and health factors and incentive factors, that is the incentive, can’t tell the difference between healthy factors and incentive factors, the wrong of "health" as the "incentive" to give the staff, the staff not only to the discontent, but no satisfactory result, entered a misunderstanding, not up to the incentive effect.Over the course of the study in this paper mainly based on the status quo of Y airlines ground crew and ground staff at the company of gender, age structure, educational background, induction time, such as investigation, at the same time using the form of questionnaire to the shipping company ground staff in the process of work motivation factors and hygiene factors were investigated, by analyzing the causes of these problems, based on the two-factor theory Y airlines ground staff incentive to optimize construction, in order to improve the airline ground staff satisfaction in the process of work in the future.
