| At present, with the domestic civil aviation market rapid development, the competition among airlines is increasingly fierce. Under this background,the aviation company is concerned about the employee training in order to improve its competitiveness. as an important part of air transport, the training of ground service staff has gradually received more attention. Scientific and reasonable training system is a powerful guarantee for the training effect, which is of great significance to improve the quality of the ground service staff and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, based on the research of the definition, function, significance and relevant theories of training and training system, using the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, interview and so on, it totally analyzes the current situation and problems of the ground service staff training system of A airlines, and the reasons of these problems. Finally, put forward specific measures to improve the ground service staff training system of A airline company from the training of the organization, training management system, training curriculum system, training system and learning organization to build. It draws a conclusion that the effective training system can immensely enhance the professional quality of the staff,also improve the enterprise competitiveness in the aviation industry,this conclusion has important guiding significance and practical value to A airlines company. |
