Harmonious corporate governance system is an organic combination of formaland informal institutional system, which can guarantee key stakeholders cooperateactively and initiatively, improve the efficiency and meet the demand of maximuminterests. The full participation of key stakeholders in corporate governance does goodto the protection of the rights of stakeholders as well as to the corporate scientificdecision, which is of vital significance to harmonious corporate governance system.This article, on the basis of theoretical analysis of corporate governance, and fromthe perspective of key stakeholders, some useful proposals are offered to improve theefficiency of enterprise organization through in-depth analysis of the mainlydisharmonious questions in corporate governance.
