Research On Corporate Harmonious Governance Based On Social Capital

As micro-organizations in society, companies have to come to the important objectives described by corporate harmony especially in a harmonious society, and radically speaking, they should be harmonious forms of organization. However with the increasing growth in science and technology and economic, disharmonic phenomena in enterprises is becoming increasingly prominent, particularly in internal relationships, market environment and natural environment.In order to solve the various disharmonic phenomena in enterprise, a new theory of corporate governance, which is harmonious governance of company based on social capital, is creatively proposed after analyzing the intension of social capital and the interdependent relations between social capital and corporate governance. Firstly, the intension of social capital is introduced deeply and completely from various angles such as trust, norms, networks, culture, cooperation and social responsibility. Moreover, Trust Mechanism, Cultural Mechanism and Decision-Making Mechanism in harmonious internal governance of company based on social capital are given respectively considering the characteristics of social capital, the division between inside social capital and outside, as well as internal environments of company and its special external environment. Meanwhile, Network Mechanism, Standard Mechanism, Cooperation Mechanism and Social Responsibility Mechanism in harmonious external governance of company are explained. At last, with the help of different mechanisms, the harmony in all aspects of the company are finally obtained by reducing treatment costs through absorbing all owners of the social capital in corporate governance at the most appropriate ways.The goal of harmonious governance of company is not only to maximize efficiency, but also to achieve all social capital owners' interests by creating a more harmonious development environment with many opportunities and conditions.
