| Eco industrial park is a new form of industrial organization, China is following the economic and technological development zones and high-tech development zone of the third generation of Industrial Park, is based on the industrial ecology theory, sustainable development theory, the theory of cleaner production and circular economy theory. The goal is to minimize waste emissions, through cleaner production, waste exchange and recycling and other methods, the by-product or waste a business park has become the production into another plant raw materials, and ultimately no pollution eco industrial park. Therefore, the eco industrial park is the direction and trend of development of the park, the construction of the eco-industrial park development issues in-depth study has important significance for the sustainable development of regional economy.This paper applies the method of literature research and field survey, taking Anning Industrial Park as an example, the development path of the eco-industrial park under the background of the Central Yunnan industry cluster area is studied. Firstly, based on the literature review and summary of the main concepts and theories involved in this paper, and then analyzes the relationship between Central Yunnan industry cluster area background and eco industrial park, points out that the Central Yunnan industry cluster area is an important way to accelerate the development of the peace of eco industrial park, and eco industrial park is the basic carrier to achieve the industry agglomeration in Yunnan in light of the current situation of the development; then the Anning Industrial Park Feasibility Analysis of building Anning eco-industrial park and the main barriers; Finally, the construction of the domestic and international eco-industrial parks experience presents the development path of Anning eco-industrial park under the background of the Central Yunnan industry cluster area. |
