RFID technology as the next generation of information technology in differentindustries has gradually attracted attention, it has a general recognition technologyunmatched advantages: large storage space, recognition effect without environmentalimpact, read multiple items at once and so on.The pharmaceutical industry, thecontents of drug designation is more complex, the amount of information is also verylarge. And now the manual input of data is inefficient, slow, error rate, can not reflectthe interaction with customers. In order to allow enterprises to adapt to thedevelopment of haste now told, must be existing inventory management system someimprovements.First, by analyzing the relationship and difference between now and the generalbusiness inventories between pharmaceutical stocks, identified a number of issuesand the main processes currently exist major pharmaceutical stocks, as well as themain factors affecting the pharmaceutical Inventory.Secondly, through the ABCclassification and taxonomy induction VED a new drug classification. That ABC-VED matrix taxonomy. This classification takes into account both the cost of drugs inthe management of proportion, while also taking into account certain drugs in thecase of a high proportion of administrative costs is also indispensable. Finally, theABC-VED matrix and RFID technology taxonomy simultaneously introduced into thedesign of pharmaceutical inventory management, inventory labels on medicinemanagement, storage analysis, the database analysis, inventory and other processesin the library one by one some improvements in design, finally summed up the overallimprovement program pharmaceutical inventory management system.
