E-government is used in e-gov, built on government services for citizens (G2C) e-government model. To e-gov perspective, people equivalent to the customer (including G2C, G2B, G2G, G2E). Government has a very large population data, can the Government, through a better understanding of customer relationship management people. E-gov policy advantages of customer relationship management applications, to meet the needs of individual citizens, the so-called personalized or customized services, from generic services, improve services to meet the needs of individual customers, so that the government can be more refined also closer to the customer.Trade and Industry Bureau of Fuzhou advance empirical results based customer relationship discovery of e-government, CRM Readiness has no direct effect on customer interests, but through e-gov business model will have an indirect effect is shown. CRM Readiness has no direct effect on customer equity, but the indirect impact is0.804, so the total effect is0.804. E-gov business model has a direct effect on customer equity0.860, but not indirect effects, so the total effect is0.860. In summary, the results for the overall impact of customer interest in e-gov business model is the highest, CRM Readiness second. Means that for e-gov, if good business model, it will effectively improve customer equity.With advances in information technology, the popularity of Internet technology in the public, e-government construction and enhance overall competitiveness has become an important factor in a country or region. In this context, Fuzhou Industry and Commerce Bureau in accordance with the mode of e-government and content, based on the worker’s actual and characteristics, Fuzhou, initially built a more comprehensive e-government platform. Although Fuzhou AIC e-government construction has achieved some positive results, but from the scientific, there is a certain distance of the sound, in the actual implementation process, there are still some problems, mainly reflected in the following aspects:first, the lack of knowledge of the network concept, the definition of e-government in nature to be perfect; second, information disclosure foundation behind, resulting in low public satisfaction; third, the lack of effective human resource training, leading to public service level is not high.Trade and Industry Bureau in Fuzhou, construction and implementation of process-based customer relationship-oriented business model of e-government, we must adhere to in order to enhance the value of Fuzhou AIC electronic government services and try to lower the cost of the basic principles of the customer. On this basis, standing customer of perspective and customer satisfaction as the coordinates of e-government operations, for different customer needs processing and provide a wide range of government information and services to achieve customer demand for products and as an administrative measure value of the services; Meanwhile, Fuzhou Industry and Commerce Bureau of e-government should pay attention to interact directly with customers, and have the flexibility to meet the needs of the service strategy, to keep abreast of customer expectations, and as the direction of improvement, thereby enhancing Fuzhou AIC e-government service quality and performance.
