The Research On The Three-dimensional Personnel Training Model Of Property Service Enterprise

Based on the current research status at home and abroad, the paper used the impacts of personnel training strategies influenced by enterprise development strategies as anentry point, analyzed personnel training development process of two outstanding enterprises,summarized three perspectives to evaluate the result of training, including personnel recruitment, development and termination. According to their generalcharacteristics andvariation run through the enterprise development,with the theoretical support from the three-dimensional, selected the abilities to attract talent, to develop talent and to keep talent as for the constituent dimensions of property services enterprise personnel training model,which can reflect the overall capacity of the enterprise personnel training. Then pointed out that the general change path of talent strategy, by means of corporation research that referred to the typical property services enterprises at different develop stages, fitting and confirming the model, and followed by practical suggestions to property service enterprises on improving the personnel training ability in the three dimensions.
