The school-enterprise cooperation talent cultivating is a basic way to innovate anddevelop the vocational education in our country.How occupation colleges rely on industry andenterprise to establish the mechanism conducive to school-enterprise cooperation and theteaching mode adapting the mechanism,is the key and breakthrough to innovate the nowadaysadvanced vocational education.Sofar,in this field,logistics management major in everyvocational college has proceeded the fruitful exploration and achieved a lot.However,throughthe practice,we can feel in depth that the operating mechanism of the school-enterprisecooperation of logistic management majors is still inadequate.The current situation ofschool-enterprise cooperation is still unfavorable.The frequent conflict among the uncertaintyof the logistics business,the changes of market demand and the planning of logistics majoreducation,and the disorder and the short-termism of the work-study combination and theschool-enterprise cooperation caused by the conflict,are difficult to form a systematic,longlasting “work-study combination,school-enterprise cooperation”mechanism.This article takeslogistics major in GuangzhouCollege as investigated subject.The key of its research is todissect the goal of education and enterprise management of logistics majors in higheroccupation technical schools,analyses the cooperative game relationship between schools andenterprises,design game model,establish the cooperation mode for the win-win cooperationbetween schools and enterprises,meanwhile,raise countermeasures and advise in respect tohow to promote the win-win development during the depth of integration between schools andenter[rises and establish the long lasting mechanism of school-enterprise deep cooperation.The articleconsists of six parts.The first is Exordium.This part is to analyze thebackground and significance of the research;To make targeted review and statement about thecurrent situation of the cooperative game research between schools and enterprises at homeand abroad,to definite the related main conception and provide the basic thought,method andthe technical route of the research in this article.In the second part,it analyses the currentsituation of logistics major and the necessity to carry out the schools-enterprise cooperation,through the exploration of the school-enterprise cooperation model of the logistics major inGuangzhouCollege.Meanwhile,it makes comparism with the model.In part three,it mainlyanalyses the problem and reason existing in the school-enterprise cooperation model of thelogistics major in GuangzhouCollege.Raises that there exists four shortcomings inschool-enterprises cooperation such as the distemperedness of management system,theshortage of long lasting mechanism,the shortage of effective carrier of magnetic and becoming a mere formality.In the fourth,a game model will be set to analyze the key problem in theprocess of school-enterprise cooperating.Considering that the process of the cooperating isactually the one of gambling and chess between the school and enterprise.Theschool-enterprise game is non-zero-sum,or cooperative game.Only all partner establish a longlasting cooperation,can they achieve the positive profit.The last part raises specific measures inrespect to the problems existed in the school-enterprise cooperation of logistics major inGuangzhouCollege.Consideringit necessary to establish the innovative system ofschool-enterprisecooperation.Relying on large enterprise groups,to confirm the cooperationand school-running mode.
