The real estate industry in China has been in a period of rapid development sincethe late1990s, However, with the recent trend of increasingly intensified competitionin the industry and the continuous introduction of national macro-control policies, theChinese real estate industry may face a re-shuffle of the crisis. In this new situation,Hengyang Boda real estate company as a young company which is at the peak ofdevelopment, is facing unprecedented pressures and challenges, nevertheless, it isalso facing hard problems that organizational structure, human resource managementand development of corporate culture are out of touch with the company at this stage.Therefore, the company’s immediate concern is developing a strategic which ispractical and consistent with development of the company’s future, to optimize theallocation of resources, and to enhance the company’s market competitiveness.In this paper, Hengyang Boda real estate company is taken as researeh object.First, combine the corporate strategic management theory with the actual situation ofBoda real estate companies, in order to study the development environment thatcompany will face, such as macroeconomic environment(including politicalenvironment, economic environment, social environment and technologicalenvironment), the industry competitive environment(including industry sectorsexisting competitors, industry potential competitors, suppliers bargaining power,bargaining power of home buyers and the threat of product substitution), internalenvironment(mainly including the organizational structure, the company’s humanresources, the company developed the case); then SWOT analysis is applied toidentify their own advantages and disadvantages, the company potential opportunitiesand threats, Based on the analysis results, develop the company’s overall developmentstrategy, including strategic positioning, strategic objectives, strategic type selection,strategic steps, strategic focus, and so on.Finally, based on Hengyang Boda real estate company’s overall developmentdevelopment strategy and company’s current environment, the paper point out theobstacles that may arise in the process of Hengyang Boda real estate company’simplementation of the strategy, and draw these four supporting system to safeguardthe smooth implementation of the strategy, which are organizational structurereengineering, compensation management system design, corporate cultural development, enterprise culture cultivation. At the same time, the paper proposes therelated recommendations about the evaluation and feedback of strategicimplementation effect.
