RF Real Estate Development Company is a young company, located in the border of Yunnan, Xishuangbanna is a typical small real estate development companies. RF companies since its establishment, has experienced three years of rapid development process, in the capital, resources, risk management and response there have been some accumulation. However, changes in the growing real estate, national real estate industry for the introduction of a series of macro-economic control, the company is facing an unprecedented crisis of survival, the development of enterprises entered into a period of adjustment. Future national macro-control policies based on the uncertainty, China’s urbanization process, the regional environment, the future development trend of the real estate industry, choose to implement business development strategy for RF corporate response to the crisis, the best choice to achieve long-term development.This article related to strategic management theory, combined with the characteristics of the real estate industry and the competitive situation, strategic management theory with real estate companies on the RF status of the development, geographic location and other corporate internal and external development environment to start a more systematic analysis of and research. This paper uses a classification analysis, comparative studies, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, through comprehensive SWOT analysis and finalized the company’s strategic positioning, strategic direction and corporate development functions of strategic measures. Professional to determine the RF market strategy for enterprise, to three or four lines shift strategy, and inter-enterprise cooperation strategy, which real estate company in the future of RF for scientific decision-making, build a strong core competitiveness and the promotion of future new projects are very the practical application of major significance. Meanwhile, we hope to give the company the same as the RF small real estate companies to provide some valuable inspiration and reference to learn, so that colleagues can better develop or adjust their competitive strategy for China’s real estate industry to make a healthy and rapid development due contributions.
