Research On Financial Support For Technological Innovation Of Shandong Province

Science and technology is the first productive force, with the advent of the era of knowledge economy, more and more people realize the scientific and technological innovation is an important catalyst for the economic and social development of mankind. The most basic problem is financing difficulties encountered in the process of technological innovation, and the finance can effectively solve the problems of shortage of funds in the process of scientific and technological innovation. Finance is the core of modern economy, and finance has auxiliary support for the whole economic and social development. Its position in the support of science and technology innovation is beyond doubt.Development of technological innovation in Shandong Province is the core component of implementation of’blue-yellow"national strategies. Shandong sustainable development will require more reliance on technology innovation. In recent years, the Shandong provincial government departments have been launched, such as investments in technology loans, to encourage and support the development of venture capital and other relevant policies in order to promote scientific and technological innovation. But money is still the primary factor restricting the development of science and technology enterprises in Shandong Province. Therefore, this article researches on the relationship between technological innovation and financial support of Shandong Province. First,to research how finance support science and technology innovation. Respectively, from the aspects of financial intermediaries such as banks, capital markets and investment risk to investigate the situation of Shandong financial support to technological innovation, followed by empirical analysis of the relationship between Shandong financial support and technological innovation.According to the related study, suggestions are put forward on financial support for scientific and technological innovation. Specific content is as follows:Chapter one is the introduction. Mainly explain the research background and significance of this paper. Then the study of the past to form related literature review, secondly introduces the research contents and research methods of this article.Chapter two is the theoretical foundation of financial support of science and technology innovation. Describe financial capital formation to promote technological innovation mechanism, risk management, decentralized mechanism, information processing mechanism, and incentive monitoring mechanism.Chapter three is to analyze the current situation to support technological innovation in Shandong.
