The Research On Impact Of Changes In China Marine Industry Structure In Marine Economic Growth

The promotion impact of the changes in the industrial structure to economic growth has been tested in practice. In the modern economic growth, the industrial structure and the stage of economic development are closely related. The status of the industrial structure and economic structure condition reflects a country’s economic development direction and the development level and restricts the economic development quality and speed. Marine economy has developed step by step accompanied by the over exploitation of land resources. Marine industry is in Marine resources development and utilization of human developed industries, it is the same with land industry counterparts. Marine industry structure refers to various Marine industry departments the proportion between the components and their interdependent and restricts each other between the relationships. With the knowledge of marine resources and the deepening exploitation of marine resources, the ability to continuously improve the marine industry structure change in social development play an increasingly important role.This article utilizes the interior industrial structure change and economic growth’s relational research the marine industrial structure and in the marine economy growth relations. The article started with the current situation of the development of the marine economy and problems, taking the relevant data of eleven coastal provinces and cities as the research object, using the Houseman test to determine the use of the fixed effect model ultimately to do the empirical analysis, which revealed the relationship between the change of the marine industry structural change and economic growth. The conclusion is:the sophistication and rationalization of the marine industry structure have positive effect to the ocean economy growth, and the promotion to ocean economy growth of the sophistication of the marine industry structure is significantly higher than the rationalization, but the correlation between the degree of standardization of marine industrial structure and ocean economic growth is negative, which indicates that China’s marine industrial structure proportion is different from land industrial structure or standard industrial structure. Our country needs to adjust and optimize the marine industrial structure, to improve the advanced and reasonable level.Based on analysis of the development situation of overall China’s marine industry and regional marine economy, author thinks that China’s marine industry has such problems as that three times industrial structure is not reasonable, regional marine economic development is imbalanced. Combined with the conclusions of empirical research, this paper puts forward the suggestions to upgrade the ocean industrial structure optimization from the following three aspects. First, improve the quality of marine Primary Industry, exploit fishery resources rationally; second, with high and new technology, vigorously develop the marine second industry; third, accelerate the development of marine third industries, highlight the prop status of coastal tourism.
