In this paper, Hefei cityconstruction industry as the research object, to explore the establishment of Hefei cityconstruction industrialization promotion mechanism for the object orie nted. Based on thedevelopment experience of foreign construction industry, the development of constructionindustry of Hefei city were analyzed by SWOT analysis, summarizes the advantages,disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of development of Hefe i city constructionindustry. Then through the questionnaire survey analysis by SPSS software is the mostimportant factor quantitative hinder development of Hefei city construction industry, thatcost factors. Finally, by introducing the case puts forward how to fast industrializationconstruction cost to the traditional methods of the following methods, and providetheoretical support for the government to formulate development strategies of architecturalindustrialization. Finally, this paper based on the above analysis to establish the Hefei cityconstruction industry promotion mechanism, for Hefei city construction industry outputvalue reached100billion to build the government organization guarantee mechanism,market mechanism, mechanism of technical support and talent guarantee mechanism.
