Cost management is the core of construction enterprise project management part, is the foundation torealize the enterprise profits and sustainable development of enterprises, so it has been very concernedabout the problem of. In recent years, due to rising raw material prices, the lowest bid system and cashdeposit system and other market factors, led to a significant decline in the construction enterprise’s profit,capital operation difficulty. So, you want to gain a firm foothold in such a competitive environment, theenterprise must implement the project cost management system, to improve enterprise efficiency byreducing the cost of construction.The construction enterprises through scientific and effective project cost management, to reduceconstruction cost at the same time, to increase the enterprise profit space, improve the overall managementlevel of enterprises, thus forming a virtuous cycle. Briefly discusses the related theory of project costmanagement, including the composition of project cost, influence factors, basic principle, general process.And then makes a detailed analysis on the current situation of China construction enterprise project costmanagement, found some problems, and the reasons they produce are discussed.
