Study On Internal Control Of Medium-small Sized Enterprise

In recent years, medium-small sized enterprises develop rapidly in China, which have already become an important constituent part of Social Market Economy and played an ever more important role in economical activities. Nevertheless, our medium-small sized enterprises have been adopting foreign or giant enterprises model as to the construction of internal control. Therefore, the constructing and perfecting internal control is beneficial for the improvement of efficiency of medium-small sized enterprises and to offer the indemnification in policy and procedure for their development. Based on the analysis and research on the status of internal control in medium-small sized enterprises, this paper intends to resolve various problems which medium-small sized enterprises should confront with during their developing.Company M is the research object in this article, which is a foreign invested enterprise engaged in beverage manufacturing. Based on the analysis of company M' s internal control actuality, the paper tries to set forth the design thinking, principle and process of internal control designing, especially for the policy and procedure for the approval of authorization through exercising the principle and method of internal control. It will be benefits to improve internal control and capability of risk resisting for company M.There are six chapters in this article. Chapter 1 is "exordium" , this chapter introduce the reason of theme selection and research thinking both in theory and practice. Chapter 2 is "basic theory of internal control" , this chapter analyses the development course of internal control theory, it' s components and principle of design for internal control integrate framework. Chapter 3 is "characteristic and internal control actuality of medium-small sized enterprises" , this chapter define the medium-small sized enterprise and analyses current problems of their internal control. Chapter 4 is a case study. By means of research the background information, this chapter analyses the current problems of internal control for company M based on the five components. Chapter 5 is "design of internal control for company M" , this chapter intends to design the detail policy and procedure for the approval of authorization in company M on the bases of design thinking, principle and process of internal control designing. Chapter 6 is "conclusions and insufficiencies" , this chapter tries to point out the conclusions of the study and the insufficiencies in the paper.
