A Research On Financial Support Of Modern Agriculture’s Development In Zhumadian

Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy and national security strategic industries, and agriculture is essential for one country’s economy and security. The development of rural area and agriculture has great significance for the rapid development of the national economy and social long-term stability. Modern agriculture is necessary for the development of agriculture, it will plays a great role in not only China "s economic development and national food security, but also for the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone.Zhumadian City is an important agricultural city in Henan Province, the core area of national food production and the ninth major grain market, so the study of financial supporting for modern agriculture has become urgently, and it will help Zhumadian play regional agricultural resources, deepen agricultural economic restructuring, modernization of financial support for regional agricultural development model and system innovation, and thus a good opportunity to promote economic development. However, the current financial system defects have been seriously hampered the development of modern agriculture, especially in the rural financial needs can not be met and rural business lack of formal financial support.Based on the analysis of rural financial theory and modern agriculture to start, the paper integrated use the method of theoretical analysis and comparative analysis. The paper studies the main problems and constraints of the financial supporting. Finally, the author proposed to broaden the financing channels, establish efficient modern agriculture investment mechanism and a series of measures and recommendations.
