Due to the discrepancy of regional productivity, the problem of uneven regionaldistribution about real estate, urbanization and growth of regional economic hasoccurred, bringing about a certain degree of spatial aggregation effect. This thesis, firstly, put forward a spatial econometric study on relationship between real estate, urbanization and growth of regional economic based on the present situation andresearch status at home and abroad. Secondly, we briefly introduced relevant theories ofreal estate, urbanization and growth of regional economic, as well as the regional andstage features. Then, spatial econometric analysis of cross section and panel data wasemployed with the sample of31provinces and cities from2005to2012in China. Itanalyzed the spatial effect among the three factors. Meanwhile, this thesis conducted atheoretical analysis on the results of empirical study, in order to avoid the problem thatspatial econometric model might not reflect the current social rules. Finally, accordingto the above analysis, some relevant policy suggestions were provided. We had three main conclusions. Firstly, the regional distribution of real estate andregional economic growth was approximately the same. Sichuan, Guangdong andShandong were the aggregation centers in China. A progressive trend from east to westshowed in central region, while urbanization in the western region showed a low degreeof agglomeration. Secondly, significant spatial agglomeration effects existed among realestate, urbanization and growth of regional economic in China. Thirdly, the change ofcompleted area in real estate exerted a negatively spatial effect on the growth ofregional economic, while the effect of construction area changing on the growth ofregional economic was positive; in the process of urbanization, the change of proportionof urban population and urban population had a positively spatial effect on the growthof regional economic; the push effect of urbanization is spatially and positively stronger compared with the effect of real estate.
